EVX Scooters works diligently to process and fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. You can expect confirmation of your shipment with 1 business day of placing your order. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. Read about our shipping policy here.

At this time, we are soley an e-commerce business and do not have a physical location. However, rest assured as we do offer a 14-day return policy. If for some reason you do not like the item once it's arrived, simply send it back to us within this timeframe to receive a full refund. Please read our full return policy here.

All EVX Fat scooters have a weight capacity of 330 lbs/150 kg.

We offer a 12 month warranty or up to 100,000kms on all motor parts, the throttle, and the LCD screen. We offer a 6-month warranty for batteries. Please refer to our warranty page for more information.

We can ship our scooters and accessories anywhere in Canada and soon we’ll offer shipping to US addresses. We can not ship to PO boxes as a person must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

You are able to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that time, we can not provide any assurance for cancellations as we have fast processing times. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as support@evxstore.com and we will do everything in our power to assist you. Once processed and shipped, you are subject to shipping return fees. Our scooters are sold for recreational use. In general, you will not need to register your scooter but we do recommend calling your local Provincial DMV office and inquiring with them, keeping in mind the maximum speed, motor size, and type of braking system available on the specific scooter you are considering.

EVX scooters are IPX4 rated: resistant to water splashes from any direction. This means they are water resistance but they cannot be submerged in water. Too much water can cause the electrical components within the scooter to short out and can potentially cause harm to the rider and the scooter itself.

While it is possible to modify the scooter, we strongly advise against any modifications as it will void the manufacturer's warranty.

The battery type will determine the number of kilometers per charge. Please see the product specifications on each model for more information. We recommend charging your battery between 4-6 hours at a time. Please make sure to remove and store your batteries indoors in climates below 0 celsius, for optimal use. Please do not charge batteries in climates below 0 celsius. Failing to do so will void the warranty on your battery.

The top speed ranges from 25 - 50 km/h depending on which model you choose. Please see the product specifications on each model for more information.
