Driving E-scooters and E-Bikes is an awesome experience. Please review and adhere to these driving precautions for your own safety and the safety of others.
- Before driving, Review your local Laws and regulations for driving E-scooters or E-Bikes and know where you are permitted to ride.
- If you are receiving a Preassembled Item, Please check and tighten all hex screws and bolts as they could have become a little loose during transport.
- Do not charge your battery unattended or while you sleep.
- make sure you are familiar with the user manual and safety instructions, and then find an open space to practice and become familiar with the controls and operation.
- Insure you are fit and physically capable to safely ride without any risk to yourself and others.
- Always wear a helmet securely fastened while driving at ALL times.
- Be aware of obstructions on your path.
- Review your local Laws and regulations for driving E-scooters or E-Bikes and know where you are permitted to ride.
- Please obey the traffic rules and maintain a safe speed while driving.
- Never drive single-handed or with no hands.
- Do not ride intoxicated.
- If driving in the slippery or wet surfaces, please pay extra attention to safety. Avoid high speeds, and sharp corners, and leave extra time for braking to prevent accidents in advance.
- Dress appropriately, avoiding restrictive clothing, improper footwear (like heels or slippers).
- Do not overload the vehicle: the maximum load for FAT Scooters is 150KG/330lbs.
- Do not lend your scooter or Bike to people who are not familiar with how to operate and driving one.
