The longest Warranty in the BIZ!

We back up the quality of our scooters with an extensive warranty! Please look over the warranty terms below no fine print.  We want to be straight forward with our customers.

Warranty period

The warranty period begins on the date your item was delivered. We offer a 12 month warranty or up to 5,000 kms on all motor parts, frame, throttle, brakes and the LCD screen. We offer a 6-month warranty for batteries that need replacing if they do not hold a charge .

What is covered by the warranty?

Our warranty only applies to EVX products that are sold and distributed through EVX Canada LTD. Any pre-damaged or defective products will also be covered by the warranty.

For batteries, please make sure to remove and store them indoors in climates below 0 Celsius, for optimal use. Please do not charge batteries in climates below 0 Celsius. Keep your battery at 75% for long-term storage at room temperature. Failing to do so will void the warranty on your battery.
