The scooter is great. However, the wrong plug has been sent the female prongs for the battery end are too small and narrow. My husband did call and left a message, but no response. When the battery runs down he will be unable to charge it unless he uses the charging adapter I have to use with the European charging plug that was sent (2 round prongs - male) instead of the two flat prongs (male) with the larger female battery end.
